Add "block" to right click context menu in messages

I'm getting 5-10 scammers a day messaging me and trying to get me to donate to their fake political candidates, promising things like "1500% MATCH!! DONATE NOW!". Can I edit the right-click context menu to just add "block sender" so I don't have to waste time with each individual scammer? I know it's possible in Winblows to change context menus but I haven't done it before on MacOS. Thanks in advance.

Mac mini, macOS 12.5

Instead of adding to the contextual menu, how about adding a keyboard shortcut?

If you add a shortcut to "Block Person...", like Command-Control-B, all you have to do is press this key combination and then enter.

Just go to System Preferences->Keyboard->Shortcuts->App Shortcuts, click +, choose Messages, type the exact name of the menu: "Block Person..."

(without the quotes) and add the shortcut you want. Just make sure that it is not already in use for something else.
