Apple tv plus

I purchased a Iphone 14 plus from Singapore apple store. The purchase includes 3 months free apple tv plus.


when i log in with my Apple id it dosent state about the 3 months free apple tv .


my invoice was with different email ,not the apple id email ?


please help me get the free offer.

The offer is for the first registered user of the new eligible Apple device. Invoice email or invoice Apple ID is not important for this.

The offer should be redeemed on that new eligible Apple device, in the TV app. You should find an “Enjoy 3 Months Free” redeem button there.

The offer is available to accounts that are set to regions where Apple TV+ is offered. Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support

Not sure if it matters for the offer if the device is purchased in a different country. It would matter for service/warranty, though.

For contacting Apple Support on this issue, please go here: Get support - Apple Support,

and then that should offer what they think are the best contact options; likely chat and phone options. Choose one.


There is no general email address for initiating contact with the support staff. If the staff initiates mail contact, then you may reply to that for that one particular case.
