Iphone 13 pro/13prm white screen issue

Thanks for the post. As we understand it, you're seeing a blank white screen or a green screen on your iPhone. Is that right? We'd like to learn more about what's happening.

Does this happen constantly, or does your iPhone sometimes work as expected?
