Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

If you still have a problem, you can contact Apple directly by clicking on Get Support at upper right corner of any forum page.

Please I’m waiting for your responded cus any time am trying to make a report to get a refund on my account it always say something went wrong that I should try again and I don’t know it always say this to me
