How to cancel subscription immediately

I moved to live in another country. I want to change region on my devices, but I am not able to do it because I should cancel my Apple Music subscription. I push unsubscribe button, but it doesn't cancel. How I could cancel subscription immediately?

iPhone 12, iOS 16

Hi AlanSimons,

When you cancel a subscription in order to change your region, you have to wait until the end of the subscription period before you can actually change the region.
