Community titles?
What is the difference in a person with title "community specialist" and one who is "level 12"? I saw that level 12 is highest a person who offers support can achieve, but then is the "specialist" higher or how does one end up that?
(It's hard to find a "title or device" below that is related to this question so will just pick something. ;))
