Which adapter to connect iPhone 13 to a 2015 MacBook Pro to transfer photos?

I have an Iphone 13 and a 2015 15"MacBook Pro. I want to transfer photos from the phone to the mac but can't figure out which adapter or adapters I need. Any help is appreciated

or if the iphone13 came with a usb-c cable an adaptor
