I live California but from time to time Yahoo and Google register my location as Puerto Rico and switch both sites to Spanish and I have to errase my browser history to get them back to English and to my part of the world it’s been really frustrating not sure why it switches over non of my apps or maps pull up Puerto Rico

Does this happen after visiting a specific site? Is this on your iPhone, Mac, or another device? Let us know more details and we'll be better able to assist.
In the meantime, check that your OS is up to date, and that you haven't changed any settings that are affecting language and location on Safari. If you're traveling between locations, that may be the reason you're seeing this behavior.
