hey for some reason apple itunes has been billing me on pos decided funds although i haven’t purchased or tried to purchase any thing from itunes

how can i stop the billings and is it possible to get a refund

Sure you have received an invoice from Apple.

Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.

 


or see -> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.
