Ghost touch ipad

So i think that my ipad has a 'ghost touch' because its like typing the code even if im not touching the ipad. So for example im coming home and i wanna do my homework and then my ipad is like blocked. so the only thing i can do is reset it. And i have already done this 2 times. At school it also happend 2 times but i had to wait 1 hour. It's really annoying and i have already try many things(reset it, restarted it, cleaned it) . So iv you have any other tips it would be really helpful (btw im from switzerland so don't mind my english)
