How to turn off Cloud Music Library?

I want to download music from my Mac to my iPhone physically. Says I need to "turn off Cloud Music Library." Cannot find out how to do this anywhere. Instructions, please? Thank you.

Turn it off on your iPhone: Settings > Music > Sync Library.
