Thanks for your corporation,

now it’s in gmail, all of them are duplicated, and want to host them in iCloud.
if it seems unusually drastic, so it means that it should be an option available to serve this unusual requirement

You could try importing them all into iCloud then use the new duplicate contacts facility in iOS16
