Zoom app does not work

i can not sign in into ZOOM app. I updated the computer and still have the same problem. I have no problem signing into the website account

Zoom is not an Apple product, please consider contacting a Zoom forum or contacting the developers of the Zoom app for support.


However, before doing that try some basics such as restarting in Safe Mode and then restarting normally. Use the Safe Mode link for instructions.


Also, if you happen to have any third party antivirus, cleaning, security, VPN, etc types of apps installed on your Mac, please locate the developers uninstall instructions and uninstall the app. Then restart in Safe Mode and try Zoom again.
