Hello All!
My mother just recently switched providers and ever since she switched her iMessages stopped working even though it states it’s on and she used to be able to see my location but now says no location found even though I share it with her on find my phone, I can still see her location though. Does anyone know how to fix this issue??
iPhone 12 Pro
Set up imessage and facetime after change of number.
Settings, Messages, Turn off iMessage
Settings, Face Time, Turn off Face Time
Restart the phone.
Settings, Messages, Turn on iMessage, SMS, MMS
Settings, Messages, send & Receive, select your number which should now be there.
Settings, Face Time, Turn on Face Time
Set up imessage and facetime after change of number.

Settings, Face Time, Turn off Face Time
Restart the phone.
Settings, Messages, Turn on iMessage, SMS, MMS
Settings, Messages, send & Receive, select your number which should now be there.
Settings, Face Time, Turn on Face Time
I would go through the process below again and choose her number again

When you share your location with someone, they have the option to share their location back
That fixed the iMessage and FaceTime part!!! Thank you whole bunches! Any other way to fix the find my iPhone part?
