Hello ~ Go ahead an contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.
If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
Contact through link or by going to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:

Hello ~ If you contact Apple about the “Your account has been disabled in the AppStore and iTunes” message you should be fine. If your Apple ID was disabled that is a different issue altogether. Which message did you receive?

Mine also got disable many months ago but it will be recovered in time frame of 15 days after following process as it says to get recovered
