The answers to security questions don’t have fixed languages, so there really isn’t something to change. When establishing the answers, any answer to the question is possible and permitted, whatever the language chosen for the Apple ID.


If you enable two-factor authentication, that entirely replaces the security questions. With two-factor, there are no security questions, once two-factor has been enabled for two weeks.
