Your device's iOS version Is not longer compatible to download these.

Updating an iPhone 6 Plus Past to iOS 12:

You can't.  The iPhone will only install to iOS12. See here: Update your iPhone or iPad Software if you're Experiencing Issues with Location, Date, and Time - Apple Support. And, for the note, even if you could update, only the latest version will install: iOS 16.

A. Verify Compatibility:

Simple. Your iPhone 6 Plus is too old to be able to handle any more iOS updates, so if you want to run newer apps, you will need a new phone, an iPhone 8 or higher.

There are no updates for the iPhone 6.

ios 12 is the only and last version of iOS available.
