Lock Screen Black with Time and Date; iPhone 13; OS 16.1

I have tried to turn off Sleep Focus, but each evening my screen still goes black. I restart it and get my regular Lock Screen, but the next evening, it goes black again. After a few days of this, now it doesn’t even go back to the normal screen after restart. There seem to be multiple places to go to disable Sleep Focus. I don’t know if I’ve missed a place or if this is some kind of bug. Any advice?
