iPhone conversion of M4A files to wav/AIFF

Hi

i like using the voice memo recorder, on my iPhone SE 2020, to record sample (from tv for example).

I have not, however, been able to find a simple way to convert the files to wav or AIFF type, to then import them to use in my DAW (digital audio workstation- software for composing/producing songs/music). I have tried to find a solution for my iPhone or for my windows 10 laptop.

can anyone help?
