As a newcomer into the Apple ecosystem I much preferred the older view in system settings, I do not at all approve of iOS'ing MacOS, the view is now terrible and very un-intuitive. But I guess the old view is gone forever now...

The old view was "System Preferences"...
macOS Ventura introduces the new way "System Settings."
To answer your question—No. You are not going to rewrite the under pinning of the new macOS moving forward.

You may own the hardware, but you do not own the software. You have a license to use the software. We don't get to approve software (OS) changes. I've gotten used to the new System Settings and I imagine over time you will as well. But if you can't, feel free to use the Product Feedback link leroydouglas provided you.

Yes, but for every person who does not approve of the iOS-ification, there are 10 people who do approve, and they vote in cash.
