High Cycle Count for a Second-hand Macbook Pro

I'm planning to buy the Macbook Pro 2019 model. It has an Intel Core i7, 16 GB of RAM, and 512 GB of SSD. Its only issue is the sticker stain on its back. But I'm a little worried about its cycle count as well. It has an almost 600 cycle count (593, to be exact). Does anyone think it is worth buying?

It's $642 converted from my currency, which is PHP.

Thank you in advance!

The battery you have an expected 1000 cycle count— these are store replaceable for a fee

The rule of thumb: ' if you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need the portability then run on battery only.'

this is how you extend the working life of your battery.

Thank you for your reply! I just want to clarify: is it okay to keep a Macbook plugged in? Doesn't it degrade the battery more? If it's really okay, then should I only unplug it when I'm going outside with the laptop? Thank you!
