Today Daylight Standard Time took effect and the UTC clock (which does not change EVER) went back an hour like GMT.

I can compare the UTC time from Fri 2022-11-04 to UTC today 2022-11-06 after the local time was adjusted for daylight savings time, and I get the same UTC date, hour and minute result except for the local time which was run a few minutes later.

I would expect EST to trail UTC by five hours at this time of year for my location. I get the same result on Ventura 13.0 and Monterey 12.6.1.

At 12:00pm local time, all the Apple World Clocks for IOS & Ventura magically corrected themselves to show proper UTC and GMT.
Guess Apple is on a different schedule than the rest of the world! LOL
