Hey there maxeverettk,
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. To get started, if you continue to be prompted to reverify your student status when attempting to reverify using your iPhone, by chance do you have another device you can test the issue with?
If so, give that a try with the steps shown in the following resource under the "How to reverify your student status" section: Get an Apple Music student subscription
How to reverify your student status
Near the end of each year that you have an Apple Music student subscription, you'll see a message that asks you to verify your student status in the Apple Music app or iTunes. You can also verify your student status at any time in the Settings app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
In the Apple Music app or iTunes for Windows
If you see a message that asks you to verify your student status:
1. Tap or click Verify Eligibility.
2. Tap or click Go to Website.
3. Sign in to your institution's portal.
4. After you sign in to your institution's portal, you’ll be directed back to Apple Music and see a confirmation screen.
In Settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
1. Go to Settings > [your name], then tap Subscriptions.
2. Tap Apple Music Membership.
3. Tap "Verify your student status." You'll be redirected to the UNiDAYS website.
4. Follow the prompts to verify your eligibility. If the verification is successful, you'll automatically return to Apple Music and continue your Apple Music student subscription.
If you continue to run into issues after going through the steps above, we'd recommend reaching out to UNiDAYS directly using the 'contact UNiDAYS Support' link under the "Get help with your UNiDAYS account" section in the same resource above.
Take care!
