When you take a screenshot you have to deal with the page borders to get the screen you want.
Are there other selection settings like;
1) Perfect Shape Selection. You Draw Square and hold the pencil. It turns a perfect square and select the area.
2) Lasso selection.

You have to edit the screenshot afterwards.
