I'm experiencing problems with the Weather app on macOS Ventura. "My Location" won't update with any data and remains empty. Also, I can't delete it.

Is it possible to reset or re-install the Weather app?
For accuracy, Location Services would like to use your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth radios (if both are on). Both are on here with Ventura and may explain why my weather application is working perfectly for my location, even though I am in the U.S. I would not be using VPN while configuring weather.

The weather app is installed by the operating system and is not available as a separate download. Shut down, boot your Mac into Safe Boot mode, then reboot normally, and see if you can configure the weather app. Depending on your geographic location, you may need to settle for weather sourced from a location other than your own.
My weather app on Ventura works just fine for my setting.
Q - " Is it possible to reset or re-install the Weather app?
A - No this application is Builtin to Operating System and can neither be removed or Reinstalled.
A - The exception to reinstalling the Weather Application would require booting in Recovery Mode and choose the Reinstall Ventura
A - Works fine on 2 Apple Computers I own.
1 - Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.
2 - Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drives from loading
3 - Does the issue present in this mode ?
4 - Sometimes a Safe Boot followed by a Normal Boot will just put things right.
Unfortunately, the issue persists in Safe mode and after rebooting back into normal mode. It's strange because I'm able to add the city where I live (Geneva, Switzerland) with no problem, but My Location remains empty! I also tried turning location services off for the Weather app in System Preferences, and then back on, but it doesn't help!
Will bow to the more expert Contributor in this question but what is the mode of Internet Connection ?
Any type of VPN involved ?
Being as CH is central to Europe - the location and method of Internet Connection may be a Big Factor
Turning the wi-fi on fixes the issue and populates My Location with the expected data. I was connected to the internet via Ethernet (no VPN), that's why it wasn't working. Thank you for your help.
