Which mode is best for the battery (MacBook Pro 16)?

Hello,

1. Always keep your MacBook connected to a wall outlet?

But I read that in this mode, supposedly, the battery will degrade faster than when used in the 20-80% mode, due to the constant presence of 100% charging and constant recharge of the battery

2. Even with the presence of an outlet, use it offline, discharging up to 20% and charging up to 80%?

a rule of thumb: if you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need the portability use on battery only.

that is how you reduce cycle count, and extend the working life of your battery.

You have an expected 1000 cycle count.

The built in BHM will do the rest for you. No need to micro-manage the battery
