Windows 10 Pro vs Windows 10 Pro Workstation on XEON processor Mac Pros
I am converted some older MacPros to BootCamp Windows machines. Does anyone have a evidence of enhanced performance of Windows 10 WHEN running their more expensive Workstation edition?
from Wikipedia… "Windows 10 Pro for Workstations is designed for high-end hardware for intensive computing tasks and supports Intel Xeon, AMD Opteron and the latest AMD Epyc processors; up to four CPUs; up to 6 TB RAM; the ReFS file system; Non-Volatile Dual In-line Memory Module (NVDIMM); and remote direct memory access (RDMA)"
Since these are 6-12 core XEON processor machines...has me wondering. Previous question from2020 went unanswered as the all knowing person answering could not process the question of Workstation Pro vs regular Pro on XEON Bootcamps.
