Hello Travkat,

Being able to listen and enjoy Apple Music online is a great feature of the service. If you haven't already, try closing and reopening Chrome to see if the issue persist. If you continue to have issues after closing and reopening Chrome, you may need to clear the history and website data. While this is a simple step, it can help with resolving the issue you're facing. You can also find these steps outlined in the following article.

  1. "On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More.
  3. Click History and then History.
  4. On the left, click Clear browsing data. A box will appear.
  5. From the drop-down menu, select how much history you want to delete. To clear everything, select All time.
  6. Check the boxes for the info you want Chrome to clear, including “browsing history." Learn more about the types of browsing data you can delete
  7. Click Clear data."

View & delete your Chrome browsing history

If you continue to have issues after these steps, let us know if you see any error message or if you continue to have issues playing music. We look forward to your response!

Have a great day!
