My Iphone XR had not been backed up for 150 weeks.I brought a new iphone Pro Max 14 and I purchased 2TB of cloud storage and my XR still will not complete a back up so that I can transfer data to my new Iphone 14 Pro Max. All updates have been installed on all devices and my computer. Also tried different wifi connection with no success.

Download iTunes on your PC if you don’t already have it. Then connect your XR to the PC and select it in iTunes. Choose to backup to your PC and encrypt it as well. This will back up the sensitive info from the XR.
Then plug your 14 into the PC and restore from backup

When you first setup your new iPhone, there should be an option to bring over your old iPhone info by keeping both them then near each other.
Do you have access to a computer that has enough hard drive space to hold your iPhone info?
If you do, is it Mac or PC?
They tried that at the Apple Store and that did not work. So far nothing has worked in trying to back up the XR so that all of my data will transfer to the new phone. I am hopeful that there is something else that has not been tried yet.
