Cannot find Vibration in settings

I am trying to turn my vibration back on my iphone but there isn’t a place in Sounds & Haptics for it. It is turned on through Accessibility>touch. Is there any way to get it back on?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 16

I turned both on. It still isn’t working. I have had this phone for a couple years but the Vibration button just randomly went away. My friends iphones still have the switch in their settings. I am trying to get it to Vibrate on silent if that makes a difference

It seems they have changed the name and are using Haptics instead of Vibration. Settings>Sounds & Haptics>Play Haptics in Ring Mode and Play Haptics in Silent Mode. You can make changes to vibration patterns when you set ringtones or text tones by scrolling to the Vibration section.
