Can I connect at a HOTEC H-U05 to the audio jack on a Beats Pill?
I have a HOTEC H-U05 wireless mike. If I connect it to the audio jack on a Beats Pill will it project my voice?

Hi jimhaynes,
Thanks for contacting Apple Support Communities!
We understand that you'd like to connect your HOTEC H-U05 wireless microphone to your Beats Pill.
The Auxiliary ports on the Beats Pill are designed to connect an audio device such as a phone or an MP3 play rather than a microphone. You can learn more about how to set up and use your Beats Pill here: Set up and use your Beats Pill+ speaker
Use Beats Pill+
• To answer phone calls with your Beats Pill+ speaker, pair your Beats Pill+ with your phone.
• To answer incoming calls, press the "b" buttononce.
• To hang up, press the "b" buttonagain.
• To transfer the audio of a phone call from your phone to the Beats Pill+, press the "b" buttontwice.
• To answer a second call and place the first call on hold, press the "b" buttononce. Press it again to switch between calls.
• To decline an incoming call, hold down the "b" button.
Take care!
Thanks for the reply, jimhaynes.
Since the auxiliary port supports audio devices, a microphone would not work as you expect when connected to the Beats Pill. You can play audio from your Mac to the Beats Pill since they are connected wirelessly and it's considered the sound output.

All the best.
I have my Beats Pill+ speaker connected with Bluetooth to m MacBook Air.
My Sound Settings:
Input: USB-C to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter
Output: BeatsPill+ Bluetooth
The Input level shows activity when I speak into the wireless mike, but no sound comes from the BeatsPill+ speaker. Without changing any of my above settings, if I play a YouTube video the audio comes from the BeatsPill+ speaker.
How do I get my voice audio from the HOTEC wireless mike to transmit from the BeatsPill+?
I don't understand. I thought a microphone was an audio device.
I have the same setting on my iMac except I have a Yeti Nano mike connected to a USB port
My Beats Pill+ speaker is connected with Bluetooth to my MacBook Air.
My Sound Settings are:
Input: Yeti Nano
Output: BeatsPill+ Bluetooth
The input level in the Output section of Sound settings shows activity when I speak, but no sound comes from the BeatsPill+.
