i cant unlock my iphone i have my apple id but in screen it shows conect i tunes

i cant access my iphone 7 in screen it show:iphone is disabled ,conect to itunes

iPhone 4s, iOS 9

there is this easy way if you don't have iTunes.. if you remember your iCloud ID...! log in to the another device , https://www.icloud.com/find/, click All Devises and select the disabled Device then click erase iPhone and then wait....!
