I got the Apple TV or whatever for a “free trial” it charged my card $6.39 now I don’t want the “free trial” and just want my money back but when I ask for a refund it doesn’t pop up as I paid for it?

The Apple TV+ subscription is USD 6.99 after the free trial (+ tax where applicable). $6.39 wouldn’t apply anywhere in the world.
Possibly the charge was for something else. Possibly the charge was by someone else.
