How can I tell if my iPhone 13 Pro is FACTORY unlocked? The model number is A2483 but I only have a IMEI number. I want to be able to use it in the US with AT&T as well as Verizon. Both carriers are saying that there are some services they cannot provide if it is not a factory unlocked phone, fully supporting both GMS and CDMA.

It appears to be a US model iPhone, which is unlocked. CDMA is a thing of the past, by the way. The phone is LTE and 5G capable. Both AT&T and Verizon are LTE and 5G providers.
Again, Verizon no longer supports CDMA, so it doesn't matter whether you travel to remote campgrounds or not.
I do a lot of camping and rely on my phone where I only have 3G service. Is it then important to have CDMA capability if I have Verizon as my carrier?
Here in the US 3G service is pretty much no longer supported anywhere. CDMA is a thing of the past. Verizon, to my knowledge does not support CDMA on an iPhone 13 Pro.
