Wallet passes are disappearing after 24 hours of being added

I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro on iOS 16.1 and have been experiencing an issue where I will added a store card or movie ticket to my Wallet, but within 24 hours the pass will disappear (auto remove) from the app.

We appreciate you clarifying this for us, x_eddy,

The passes may be remove due to iCloud account syncing. You can test this by disabling your Wallet temporarily in iCloud. You can follow the steps below to test this behavior to determine if this is what's causing it.

1. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Wallet to disable Wallet

2. Add the missing passes to your Wallet app again.

3. After 24-hours has passed, check your passes to determine if they're still there.

4. If your passes are available, you can enable Wallet in iCloud again in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Wallet.

If you're still experiencing the same behavior, we'd suggest that you reach out to Apple directly to investigate this further with you. You can reach them here: Contact Apple Support

We hope this helps.

Take care!

Hello x_eddy.,

In some circumstances, the passes may automatically be hidden if they have expired as explained here: Remove passes from Apple Wallet. It further explains: "Some limited or single-use passes, such as boarding passes or event tickets, are automatically hidden after they expire. These passes are moved to a separate list, where you can view, unhide, or delete them."

"How to view, unhide, or delete expired passes on your iPhone

    1. In the Wallet app on your iPhone, scroll to the bottom and tap View Expired Passes.
    2. Tap a pass to view its details.
    3. Tap Unhide to return the pass to the main view of the Wallet app or tap Delete to remove it.

You can also tap Edit to unhide or delete multiple passes at once."

Let us know if we can help with anything else at all or if this doesn't settle your issue so we can look into this further with you. Thanks and have a fabulous day!
