My distal crown button doesn’t respond

You can push the other button (simply called the side button), hold it in, and you get a screen letting you power off. You should wait a bit for the watch to really shut down, and then push the side button again and hold it in to restart the watch. If the crown button still doesn't work, then you probably need real help:
