how do i monitor/spy on my kids internet activity? helppppppppppppppp

hi i am looking for a program that will tell me how long they spend on what websites.....email notification would be good too. also it should be tamper resistant from a 15 yo. i see there are a few commercial products out there but i cant find anything that gives the time spent. appreciate any help from the collective brains trust out there! thx
