If you purchased this iPhone directly from Apple in the U.S., then it should be unlocked. However, you should be aware that should this phone require servicing, it will have to be brought back to the U.S. as Apple does not provide an international warranty for their phones.


An iPhone SE provides for both a single physical SIM and for eSIMs. You would need to check with the cellular provider in India, whether or not, they will support cellular service for this phone.
