I am having problems with my Apple phone I want to download a game but it keeps asking me for my Apple ID and when I give it to you it tells me your ID has not been used for iTunes something and as for me it again so I put it in again and it just keeps repeating that over and over I can’t do anything without it popping up so it’s like my phone is useless what do I do? And I just got this paid a lot of money for it. I can’t afford to buy another phone help

Seems the first time you want to download anything from App Store and iTunes, Apple require you to have a payment method listed in your Apple ID account, even if you are only downloading a free app.
The message would likely be reminding you .... this is that first time.
You might want to check which payment methods Apple can accept in your country or region:

If you already have a payment method listed:
Then check you are signed in (to your phone) with your Apple ID.
