A fraudulent transaction of rs 1500 happened in my mobile on 24th october in gpay using my hdfc account

i ve complained through cybercrime

and i have initated complaint through hdfc too

hdfc said that "you have approved the transaction so we cant do anything"

Google pay said that they are just a partner so they dont know about the transaction.

in their complaint box they said that some external third party screen mirroring or screen recording app might have taken your details

using apple phone with high security is that possible ?

is apple product safe to use ??
