How to change system preference layout back to Monterey layout?

How do I change the system preference layout back to the grid like it was in Monterey? I really cannot stand the list layout and want the old version back.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.0

"System Preferences" is the old way

the new way forward in macOS Ventura is "System Settings"

There is no way to make the change you request in macOS Ventura.
