How to get FaceTime to start working with the same old SIM?

Its been almost two weeks since I was v. busy with my schedule & couldn’t get enough time to find the pin & ‘reinsert’ my sim with which my FaceTime is registered. I’ve been getting the notification to reinsert my sim though. Finally when I did, nothing seems to work & my FaceTime would not continue to work with the same old number/sim.

see the loading circle with ‘telenor’ written next to it? Thats what appeared after I reinserted my sim. Someone called me through my FaceTime & thats what they had on their screen. See the next photo.

my question is that how do I get my FaceTime to start working with the same old sim that it used to work on?

Hi Amawah,

We see that your device is waiting for activation currently. Here's some information from the If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime resource your might find helpful:

It might take up to 24 hours to activate iMessage and FaceTime. If the issue continues after 24 hours, follow these steps:
1. Make sure that your device has the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.
2. If you're using an iPhone, contact your carrier to make sure that you can send and receive SMS messages.
3. Make sure you can send and receive SMS. If a prompt appears stating "Your carrier may charge for SMS messages used to activate FaceTime and iMessage", tap "OK" to allow possible SMS charges.
4. Contact Apple Support.

We hope this resolves things for you.

Take care.

Hello, I’m still not able to send iMessages from my iPhone. I don’t understand whats gone wrong & where & how. Idk what to do.. I have these two numbers. The first number had the iMessages activated on it before & now it doesn’t work & neither does the second one. Idk whats wrong.. When I click on the first phone number, a message appears on my screen that I have screenshoted (see the second photo).
