Can no longer access itunes library on apple tv v4 after upgrade to windows 10 from windows 8

I've tried everything but still, no library detected on apple tv. It worked with windows 8. I tried every solution on this page: https://www.easeus.com/computer-instruction/fix-windows-10-file-sharing-not-working.html. It's crazy not to be able to play my music through my stereo system hooked up to apple tv. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Windows, Windows 6

Make sure Home Sharing is turned on in iTunes on your Windows computer. you may need to set it up again. Follow the steps here: link-> Use Home Sharing to share media from a computer to other devices - Apple Support

I've done everything listed there. Current version of itunes, current version of apple tv app, current version of windows 10, home sharing turned on in both itunes and apple tv. But when I go to the computer icon on apple tv, I get the message that no library is available. Before upgrading to windows 10, I didn't have this problem.
