Cannot download iPhone User Guide IOS 16.1

When I download the iPhone 16.1 user guide and try to open it in iBooks I get the error message cannot open iPhone user guide it is formatted incorrectly or is not a format that Apple Books can open.

Does anyone have a link to a version of the guide that can be read in Apple Books?

Downloading a free user guide When I try to download a free user guide for the iPhone 14 Pro Max iOS 16.5, all I'm led to is preview webpage with no hotlinks to download the actual UG. How can I get a PDF of this guide on my desktop?
