Please I joined a family subscription for Apple music but can access my library on Apple Music

If we understand your post correctly, you're unable to see your Apple Music family subscription. We’d like to help.


Try these steps:

  1. Make sure you're using the same Apple ID you use for Family Sharing.
  2. Check with other family members to see if they are able to access Apple Music.
  3. Check with the family organizer to see if there is an active family subscription.
