I can't download the Ventura 13.0.1 installer to make a bootable USB stick.

Ventura 13.0.1 installer doesn't give me a "download file" option. I need the file to make a bootable USB stick. When i click the get from the App Store all that happens is opens an installer without downloading anything and tries to install online. What's going on? Never had this issue with any of the other versions?

How to download macOS - Apple Support

Open with Safari and click the Ventura link to the Mac App Store. Download it (it will install into your /Applications folder and may open ready to install. If it does, then just quit the installer. Then the instructions for Create a bootable installer for macOS - Apple Support using a 16 GB or larger USB stick.
