No mms option in my iPhone 12 iOS 16.1

iOS 16.1. I can’t send MMS messages to Android phones.

The MMS options NOT even an option in settings. It's simply not there.

Then you notify your cellular data provider MMS is their feature and your line needs to be provisioned to use it.
