How to export from Final Cut for Instagram without altering sound quality?

When I export a brief 14-second Final Cut video designed for Instagram, the .mov format is not recognized by Instagram and cannot be uploaded (even though Google search results stated that Instagram should allow for .mov files to be uploaded). Instagram does recognize mp4 formats, but unfortunately this automatically converts the audio from .wav to .aac, which does reduce the sound quality (since it's a musical clip the sound quality is the most important component of the video). Is there a way to export a video from Final Cut in a way that is compatible with Instagram but without condensing/altering the audio? Exporting it as a .mov file allows for uncondensed audio, but each time I've tried creating a .mov file Instagram does not allow it to be uploaded. Thank you!
