HomePod Connectivity Issues

My HomePod worked for a while until it was having connectivity issues. I tried to hard reset the HomePod and set it up again but it did not fix the issue, then I tried to create a new home on the Home app and set it up there, but it did not fix it either. On my router settings, it shows the HomePod is connected but the HomePod still will not respond to any requests or connect to AirPlay. Does anyone have any solutions?

Have you checked your router settings to make sure that it doesn't have any form of guest mode enabled. If it has both a primary and a guest network make sure that your iPhone/setup device only has the connection information for the primary network. Then see the Press the top of HomePod to reset it section of Reset HomePod - Apple Support and follow the steps carefully as given.
