Mail app has problems with some emails after updating to ios 16.1.1.
The Mail app on my iPhone 12 Pro Max used to be able to show emails received from a specific email server without issues while I was on iOS 15.
I just updated to iOS 16.1.1 and now those emails show the following when I try to open one of these messages even if the message is one that I previously opened while on iOS 15.
The email is a basic HTML message, nothing special about it, but any message from the support@maxxess-support.com addresses is being shown as above.
In addition, when the message is being opened, the phone takes about 10 seconds to become responsive again and allow me to close the message or do anything else.
Oddly, if I reply to the email, I get a popup that asks if I want to "Download rest of message first?".
If I select yes, then the original message is downloaded and displayed below my reply.
So far I have not found a setting that would allow me to whitelist the support@maxess-support.com address or maxxess-support.com domain. I haven't found a setting that looks like it would be able to prevent the Mail app from displaying these message.
Please help, I am not the only one in our company that is experiencing this same issue since upgrading to iOS 16.
Thank you
Randall
